"i've stayed here twice now while working in the lost channel area with my reforestation company. tornado's has been wonderful to us- the cabins are supplied with everything we need to live comfortably after long days in the forest, and the views are beautiful. the owners are kind and helpful. it is clearly evident that the other visitors are enjoying themselves! i particularly appreciate the firepits, the wooden tree swing, the canoe rental service, and the resort cat. it's also..."

"Beautiful, quaint, comfortable place.. we stayed in the "motel" ... Nice bedding! Small beds though, beautiful view of the lake and the airplane and boats!! A tree swing, fireplaces, cottages... Lovely environment! A pool table in the common area near the office! Honestly, I didn't get enough time there to share all the amenities and good things Tornados has to offer!!! They had a shuffle board court that I could see ... Again, the view was amazing! They are clearly..."

"Lionel and his family have developed a gem here in Port Loring! They have been amazing hosts and we almost feel a part of the family. The accommodation, whilst very basic, is functional and clean. Gorgeous views and beautiful surroundings. The staff make a real effort to make this place amazing. It has a real family atmosphere and more than enough for the kids of all ages to do. Big shout out to Caleb as well for being a genuinely..."

"What a wonderful experience Tornados is. We stayed in one of their newly renovated cabins right on the water. Cozy and quaint accommodation, and really you couldn't ask for more. The hospitality Lionel and his crew provide is nothing but the best. They will take care of you like family. I would highly recommend the senic plane ride. What an amazing relaxing experience. We will be back again!!"
